These are pulled Hornady V-MAX bullets. Pulled Hornady bullets sometimes have a crimp mark on them and may have some slight scratches from the pulling process. However, the bases are good and these should shoot just as well as new bullets. Load them to the crimp and nobody will be able to see the difference!
