ParticipantI just placed an order for 9mm 124 Gr. RMR Jacketed Hollow Point (Multi Purpose Round) Bullets. I was wondering if anyone on this forum has a good recipe for .357 Sig using this bullet. I will be using it in a Sig Sauer P226.

Participantwith a 125 or 124 grain bullet, using Federal match magnum small pistol primers go to AA#9. The best accuracy is slightly over teh AA listed max load. My 229 Legion will shoot groups under 1/2 MOA at 25 yards with this. You will need to replace the spring with a heavy than stock (21# at least)

Participant357 Sig w/ 124 RMR FMJ FP (match winner) over Win AutoComp and Win Magnum Small Pistol Primers 1.14″ COAL
I like 7.8gr and 8.0gr of Win AutoComp. Both loads have low SD’s. The 7.8gr seems to have a bit better accuracy.
Always use a Lee Factory Crimp with a light to medium squeeze…..not just for safety, but you’ll get lower SD’s than without.
In a Glock 24 with a Lone Wolf 8 inch 357 Sig barrel, these fly at a little over 1500fps. I run the 7.8gr in a Sig Sauer SP 2022 and it likes them too!
The 124 Gr. RMR Jacketed Hollow Point is a very similar Boolit. I use the same load on them, though I have not performed extensive testsJuly 11, 2022 at 7:44 am #441536SigDanSig
ParticipantThanks to all that have replied to my request. The Sig that I use is a Sig Sauer P226. Again thank you very much.
