    Hi Kelly,
    Congratulations on the new carbine!
I’m going go try to give you the information I have. I have loaded these bullets with 2 different powders.
I mostly use H110/W296 for my carbine loads. Right now I am loading 14.9g of H110 with mixed commercial and military brass
    Cci 400
    1.670 coal
Velocity should be just a bit above 2000 fps although I have never ran these over a chrono.
The range of powder charges with H110 or W296 is between 14.0-15.0g. No need to try to hotrod this cartridge as it makes no sense.
Coal may need to be reduced in some carbines with this bullet to feed reliably but I do not have any issues in mine. Please reduce charge below 15.0 seating this bullet shorter. Half a grain or so reduction works well.
If H110/296 I’d not available, I have found that Accurate 11FS is an exact match in Velocity and charge weight. The only difference is an addition of a flash suppressant in the powder. I use these 3 powders interchangeably in a dozen or so calibers and they are all about the same depending on lot #’s. I hope this helps.

I was just working up some loads to try to get to the 1150 fps mark that is stated they need for reliable expansion.

I was pretty happy with all of the 3 loads and they were all accurate but I decided to pursue the CFE Pistol load and increase that load by 2 tenths. I haven’t had a chance to chrono them yet though
