    Thanks for the reply!

I’ll probably use most of these in a carbine so needed some actual hands on experience to understand how they hold together at over the velocity stated for reliable expansion.

The Nuke is my favorite 9mm bullet- I can’t imagine buying anything else after over a year of using them.

Now for the .45 AC Nuke to be released…

Sorry for the late reply but I was at my camp which has little connectivity.

You just described by what I meant when I earlier posted about “suitability” of the Winchester 180 gr for use in 10mm- will it hold together and be effective?

What I didn’t describe, and you hit on, was a combination of controlled expansion and weight retention in a heavy animal like a black bear. While I never hope to put any bullet to that use in a handgun for bear better to be prepared year round with the prevalence of the damn things.

I’m looking at multiple sources for load recommendations and will start low and work up slowly.

Thanks for the first post and reply!

I’ve no idea how to upload photos on any website. and wish I could as it would certainly be helpful.

I’m totally new to 10mm although a 50 year reloader so was looking for wisdom from those that do load 10mm.

I wasn’t totally certain if most FMJ or JHP .40 bullets would hold up to 10mm velocities and it sounds like they do. I’ll be reloading for a G20 so won’t be going for max 10mm velocities but certainly want more than .40 velocities.

I think you have it right that these 2 bonded bullets types aren’t typically available for reloading as I searched and found nothing on Winchester bonded 180 grain reloading. I’ll try them with suggested 180 gr JHP loads at the start weight and work them up from there.

Anyone using Power Pistol for the 124 multi purpose hollow point?
I have more of that than 231 (which I’d like to save for .45)
