I did , on purpose . Load a 30-30 Win, using a 150 gr bullet , with NO powder . Fired in a Marline 336 rifle just to see what would happen . Bullet went approx 8 to 10 inches into the barrel via primer energy only . Bullet had to be driven back out , using a brass 1/4″ rod . From then on . While reloading , after dropping powder . I LOOKED with an LED flashlight , into the cases held in the reloading block , to be DAMN sure powder had been dropped into the cases before seating a bullet .
