Description
These cases came from demiled military ammunition . These primed & annealed cases have never been fired. They are essentially brand new cases. Many of these cases have some residual tar sealant in the necks. They have the normal Lake City spotting and a few may have minor dents but, once loaded, they will shine up nicely in your vibratory tumbler. They have crimped primers. Like with all new brass, it is recommended that you resize the neck of this brass before loading to ensure that you have consistent neck tension. This can be accomplished by removing the decapping pin from your resizing die. I recently loaded 1,000 of these on my Dillon 650. All I did was remove the decapping pin and pushed them through the sizer to make sure all the necks were consistent. I didn’t use any lube. They loaded perfectly and shot great. UPDATE: You may need to clean your sizing die more often as the tar sealant will eventually build up on your die, I have since loaded about 2,000 rounds and my Hornady full length sizing die is still plenty clean enough to go another 2,000 or so.
As is the case with all demilled products, you may find some mixed headstamps but we throw lots of extras in with the brass to make up for any yucky stuff or inconvenience.
NOTE: These must ship UPS ground. The price includes shipping within the lower 48 states. If you are outside of the lower 48 please contact us for additional shipping rates.

I used a Lee 223 Collet Neck Sizer Die with the decapping pin cut off the sizing mandrel to neck size these cases before reloading, after resizing x100 cases I had to clean a small amount of ‘tar’ sealant out of the die which was easy. I reloaded x100 cases using a M193 duplication recipe and took to the range with 100% reliable function! Will buy again.
